Our tour begins in Sultanahmet Square, the cultural and historical heart of Old Istanbul. Here, centuries of history unfold within walking distance of one another. Our first stop is the magnificent Hagia Sophia (exterior visit) — one of the greatest architectural achievements in world history. Built in the 6th century AD by Emperor Justinian I, Hagia Sophia stood as the largest cathedral in the world for nearly a thousand years. Its massive dome reshaped architectural history and continues to dominate Istanbul’s skyline today. During our exterior explanation, you will learn about its transformation from cathedral to mosque, then museum, and again to mosque — a true symbol of the city’s layered past.

We then visit the breathtaking Blue Mosque (Sultan Ahmed Mosque), built in the early 17th century during the reign of Sultan Ahmed I. Famous for the thousands of hand-painted blue İznik tiles decorating its interior, the mosque is a masterpiece of classical Ottoman architecture. Its six elegant minarets make it uniquely distinguished among imperial mosques in Istanbul. Inside, the harmony of light, space, and intricate design creates an unforgettable atmosphere.

Next, we step back into the Byzantine era at the historic Hippodrome of Constantinople, once the social and sporting center of the ancient city. In its golden age, it hosted chariot races and major public events attended by up to 100,000 spectators. Today, you will see surviving monuments such as the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpent Column, and the Walled Obelisk, each carrying stories from different civilizations and distant lands.

After a relaxing lunch break at a local restaurant, our journey continues to the legendary Topkapi Palace, the opulent residence and administrative center of the Ottoman sultans for over four centuries. Overlooking the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn, the palace complex consists of elegant courtyards, imperial chambers, treasury collections, and sacred relics. As you explore its grand halls and pavilions, you will gain insight into the sophisticated lifestyle, political power, and artistic achievements of the Ottoman Empire.

We conclude our unforgettable day at the world-famous Grand Bazaar (Kapalıçarşı) — one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world. With more than 4,000 shops spread across dozens of streets, the bazaar is a vibrant maze of colors, scents, and craftsmanship. Here you can browse handwoven carpets, fine silks, traditional ceramics, gold and silver jewelry, leather goods, spices, and authentic souvenirs. . Full Description

After meeting our guide in hotel, we will be transferred to Hippodrome. Our tour will start from Hippodrome area where is the heritage of East Roman Empire.

Here was the site of famous horse chart races were organized and we will visit some historical monument to witness the 2500 years of history.

And then we will continue our tour by visiting Blue Mosque. We will understand that why this masterpiece, built in 17th century, became famous with its name as Blue. Next, we will take pictures of unique views of Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

Then, we will visit the most important historical heritage of this city, Hagia Sophia. This magnificent structure, which was the largest place of worship in the world when it was built and served as a place of worship for Christians and Muslims in its 1500-year history, will fascinate you with its ambience.

After that, we will visit the Topkapi Palace which was served the Ottoman Empire for 400 years. Topkapi Palace was used as private residence of most important Ottoman Sultans of the period and administrative and educational center of Ottoman State. A perfect and unique Istanbul view will welcome you at the last court yard of the palace.

And then we will visit the most important underground cistern of city, Basilica Cistern. This cistern is popular with Crying Column and 2 Medusa Head Sculpture. The tales of this sculptures will fascinate you again.

Our last point Grand Bazaar which is the first shopping mall in the world, is still the trade center of Istanbul. Approximately 4000 shops inside the Grand Bazaar which are the jewellery, carpet, leather, pottery and souvenir stores will allow you take a memory of Istanbul with you before you leave this city.
